Systematic Review training Program Aim: This training program provides an introduction to systematic reviews, aimed at medical students and clinicians who want to understand how to use a systematic review in their practice and how to conduct systematic reviews. It covers the basic concepts of a systematic review and a meta-analysis, how to critically read and appraise the quality of a systematic review, search strategies, interpreting the results of a systematic review, and how to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis. No previous experience with conducting systematic reviews is required.
At the completion of this training program, there will be an opportunity to join the ‘systematic review working group’ – a capacity building program for a group of committed highly skilled participants who receive hands-on training and conduct systematic reviews under the supervision of Assistant Professor Loai Albarqouni.
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Number of sessions: 6-8
