- Rapid assessment of basic health needs post-disaster
- Preparing emergency preparedness and response plans
- Implementing search, rescue, and evacuation procedures
- Applying first aid procedures (medical and psychological)
- Managing affected communities
- Establishing emergency information management systems

- Basic Hazmat life support
