AlliGator Global Appendicitis Outcomes

📍 Research goal:

This research aims to study the outcomes related to appendectomy procedures to identify areas in need of improvement in emergency care systems worldwide. The project will also work on a series of research papers to be published in well-known journals such as The Lancet and BJS.

📍 Sponsored by prestigious global universities:

This study is sponsored by Birmingham University and Edinburgh University.

📍 Participation Requirements:

1. You can collect data from patients undergoing appendectomy procedures.
2. You have the passion needed to secure your place in this global study!

📍 Data collection:

Teams of three members and a leader will be formed, and data will be collected over a 14 days period starting from February 3, 2025, until May 25, 2025.
